Now more than ever, we need to campaign for our future and scare away the dark politics of yesterday, to place the national interest ahead of the special interests, and to believe in our future. We cannot choose to go back to the politics of the twentieth century. We need new leadership for the twenty-first century. Generation Forward is a multi-candidate independent-expenditure political action committee that will be active in the 2016 presidential election and other campaigns. We are a political action committee like none other. We don’t have the resources of an army of DC insiders, and we intend to be more creative and more resourceful. We’re going to build on all the energy of the campaigns that inspired Martin O’Malley to run. Every campaign that Martin O’Malley has run, and every real movement in this country, has started with community organizing. We’re starting with our friends, families, neighbors, and the belief that we can do better by working together. It’s time to pass the torch of leadership and we need you to join.
