Generation Land acquires, manages and develops property in London and the South-East of England. We add value through active management, refurbishment, development and change of use. Over the past 5 years, the management has been instrumental in acquiring and selling property with an end value in excess of £300M. We have access to substantial equity capital from a small number of family offices, high net worth individuals and corporate entities based in the UK and overseas who we have close relationships with. In many cases we manage all UK real estate investments for these entities on an exclusive basis and are trusted to make long term real estate investments decisions on their behalf.
