Generation Thailand

Generation is a global employment non-profit with a social mission to transform education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. Globally, we operate in 17 countries serving more than graduates. In Thailand, employment issue affects people from all backgrounds from fresh graduate to mid-career. More than graduates and 7 million workers are facing this issue from COVID and technology disruption. We help bridge the gap between employment opportunities and our learners through designing a 4-12-week boot camp-style training based on insights provided by our employer partners. Through the Hybrid Partnership Model, Generation Thailand works with 3 sectors to tackle this pressing issue : government, private and social sector. Private sector & Employers : we connect you to our graduates or build an embedded program to solve your talent shortage problem. Government : we work to solve unemployment or underemployment issue through a data-driven & scalable method from concept to implementation. NGOs & Philanthropists : we collaborate to seek new challenges and new group of learners to expand impact and continuing to build a scalable employment innovation. Collectively, we demonstrate employability, increased income post program completion, and improved personal well-being for the youth & those in need.
