Genesis Business

Genesis means the source of life originating from the Greek language. Aptly named Genesis provides (life giving) services to B2B and B2C organizations. Since July 2014 Genesis has come a long way from being a startup with just 2 employees to an organization with 300 + employees, providing a complete range of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Call Center Services, Process and Technical Outsourcing and Artificial Intelligence Solutions. In June 2018 the Board of Directors mutually agreed to bring in a new era of growth and grow exponentially. Investors were brought in to the company that lead to the restructuring of the firm to take on the new challenges. Genesis has already initiated phase 1 of the vision to expand to an state of the art seater fully equipped Intelligent Service Provider by 2020.
