Genesis Internal Education provides a dynamic learning environment that empowers employees to engage in independent learning as well as take the initiative to present and share their expertise with colleagues. The primary objective of Genesis Internal Education is to establish an ongoing corporate learning process, inspired by the principles of Lifelong Learning and brought to life through practical implementation. Each member of the Genesis community has the opportunity to both benefit from the knowledge of top IT specialists within the company and contribute by sharing their own experiences with peers. This collaborative approach ensures the continual development of personal and professional skills among employees, leveraging their expertise to enhance the overall business value of the Genesis team and its ecosystem. Since 2018, Genesis Internal Education has successfully executed 25 long-term projects, facilitating training for over 1,500 participants from the Genesis business ecosystem and partner companies.
