Our mission is to provide expert, compassionate care to everyone we touch. Today’s health system wasn’t designed to serve the needs of aging patients. In caring for the elderly, providers too often rely on research based on very different populations and training protocols designed for less complex patients. While well intentioned, these practices are as likely to harm as to help — with serious consequences for patients’ wellbeing and quality of life. Genevive is changing the outlook. By applying the best medical knowledge with compassion and respect, our model has been shown to improve lives and health outcomes. From recruiting to training to service delivery, we are raising the standard of accountability for geriatric providers in Minnesota and beyond. To us, this work is a privilege.
