Genisha Metcalf Consulting (GMC) is a social impact consulting firm specializing in fundraising, community - centered program design, DEI leadership training and organizational assessment. Our mission is to increase equity, deepen community engagement, and strengthen inclusive leadership practices for small to mid-sized organizations by developing innovative social impact solutions. Since 2018, GMC has raised $10M in funding to launch workforce development, restorative justice, and mental health initiatives for marginalized communities. Additionally, GMC has established expertise in creating scalable solutions, operational efficiency,and championing social justice issues for nonprofit and corporate clients. GMC is a New York City based WMBE ( Woman Owned and Minority Owned Business Enterprise) with international reach. GMC has led in-person and virtual training sessions for organizations in New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Paris, and London. We partner with corporate clients, community based organizations, and governmental agencies to ensure collaboration and authentic community engagement.Our team of dedicated consultants have cross-sector experience in developing innovative solutions for clients in the tech, fashion, human service, education, and healthcare industries.
