Αποτελείται από μια υψηλής ειδίκευσης ομάδα Sommeliers, ειδικών κρασιού και δημοσιογράφων, με επικεφαλής τον Γιώργο Λούκα με δεκαετίες εμπειρίας και τεχνογνωσίας στον τομέα της οινοχοΐας και της βιομηχανίας του κρασιού. Η Genius in Gastronomy παρέχει μια σειρά κύκλων σπουδών για το κρασί, τη μπύρα και τα αποστάγματα σε ιδιώτες και επαγγελματίες, που αποτελούνται από ολοκληρωμένες θεματικές ενότητες.
