Project Gennome uses an innovative approach applied for the first time in the Preclinical Phase of the Drug Discovery to find a comprehensive personalized medicine treatment for breast cancer. We call it the “Full Coverage Solution”, where: • We target all known genetic mutations associated with a disease (in this case - 110 mutations associated with breast cancer) and • We are looking for a new personalized treatment for each mutation. We do that by using our improved structure based in silico Drug Discovery Platform that allows the effective detection of new drug candidates - small molecules (with a molecular weight below 900 daltons) with distinct pharmacological properties. Our unique advantage is that: • We cover all stages up to IND, providing accurate predictions (with over 70% accuracy) about the ADMET activity of potential drug candidates. • Significantly improved speed of discovery. Depending on the complexity, we can develop potential drug candidate in 2 to 8 weeks, including predictions of its further activity (up to synthesis of the compounds and start of biological testing). By comparison, with most in silico technologies, this step takes from 6 to 18 months. Shorter R&D duration results in cost reductions and improved financial performance such as time to market (TTM).
