GenRock Capital Management is a value-oriented private investment firm that partners with top-tier brands and experienced management teams to build lasting companies and create long-term value. Founded in 2017, we specialize in U.S-based, control investments in cash-generative businesses and defensive industries in need of consolidation. We focus on investments in the lower-middle market and specifically target companies in the consumer services and business services sectors. We are currently deploying capital from our most recent fund, raised in 2022. We build businesses through serial acquisitions, creating companies worth more than the sum of their parts. We take an active, hands-on approach with our portfolio companies, and we work closely with our management teams to optimize performance for the benefit of all stakeholders.
