Genuine Contact

Genuine Contact has been teaching leaders and organizational development and design consultants to work with the Genuine Contact approach for more than 20 years. We have more than 100 authorized teachers worldwide offering this education in 9 different languages (English, French, German, Swedish, Spanish, Norwegian, Dutch, Hindi, Urdu). The educational program has 9 initial modules and 15 additional specialization modules to support learning in specific aspects of organizational design. We believe in extraordinary leadership, life nourishing culture, and sustainable growth for individuals and organizations. We call this the Genuine Contact way of working. We believe in keeping it simple, so we use Genuine Contact to apply a healthy and balanced climate in organizations.
