GFP LLC is lead by Mr. Omar Negrón, a professional geologist with 30 years of experience in geology, hydrogeology and environmental services in the complete project management life cycle at public, private and military NPL sites undergoing RCRA and CERCLA programs. Mr. Negrón is fully bilingual and proficient in computer programs such as: Surfer, Autocad, MS Projects, MS office, Sanitas statistical software, EMMIE, Tempest GEMS, DRS and Grants Manager, Grants Portal. Mr. Negrón is trained and certified in HAZWOPPER, First Aid, CPR, AED, maintains active OSHA medical surveillance, alcohol and 5 parameter drug testing requirements. Among Mr. Negrón's fields of competence: site investigation, geology, hydrogeology, mitigation, earthworks, liability management, assessments, soil and groundwater remediation, subtitle D and C landfill permitting & compliance. NEPA like energy and NTIA telecommunication projects, industrial building indoor assessment and cleanup, construction project management, UXO avoidance, assessment and remediation. A sample of Mr. Negrón key projects with roles ranging from subcontractor to lead consultant: Upjohn Superfund Site, BONUS Nuclear Reactor, Navy Clean at NAVFAC RR at NASD/Camp Garcia, Juncos Superfund & GE Superfund Sites. As a consultant, Mr. Negrón has served in multidisciplinary roles as follows: external environmental advisor and expert witness for the Government at the DNER, Ports Authority and Land Administration. Mr. Negrón has conducted: FEMA Disaster Recovery Programs (Categories A to E), FEMA Storm Debri Recovery in Puerto Rico, Florida at Volusia and Broward Counties (Cat A and B). Mr. Negrón represented the Tt/ICF COR3/FEMA Recovery Effort as Regional Liaison and also as State Program Delivery Manager (SPDMG) for Hurricane Maria.
