Georgia Mancio

Award-winning Anglo-Italian vocalist specialising in Jazz and Latin music who has worked with Bobby McFerrin, Sheila Jordan, David Linx, Ian Shaw, Samara and Frank Griffith Nonet. She has produced and released three albums on her own label, Roomspin Records: Peaceful Place (2003), Trapeze (2008) and Silhouette (2010); completed 5 UK tours and supported Cedar Walton, Monty Alexander, Steve Smith, Jason Rebello and Lee Ritenour at the legendary Ronnie Scott's Club in London. A respected lyricist she has worked with composers Tim Lapthorn, Kate Williams and Frank Griffith and her lyrics to Pat Metheny's Question and Answer were approved by the writer himself. Most recently Mancio curated a prestigious 5 day festival of voice at London's Pizza Express Jazz Club with international artists Maria Pia de Vito, Karin Krog, Rebecca Parris and David Linx.
