Georgian Angel Network

Georgian Angel Network connects accredited investors with entrepreneur-innovators who require equity capital to commericalize their technologies & products. While our investment focus remains regional in nature, we welcome compelling opportunities from beyond the GAN catchment area in our stated sectors of interest - advanced/light manufacturing; medical technologies; sustainable development, ICT hardware and certain consumer packaged goods. Investment range for the group, by itself, is $250-750k, and we syndicate/co-invest with other angel groups and/or institutional angels in larger round sizes. We will also consider high-potential investees, from within the region, for investments of between $1500k and $200k. We continue to actively build our membership so as to maximize the level of annual investable capital, and add to domain expertise/experience within the group, allowing us to work with the highest-quality startups. Annual investment "guideline" for members is minimum $25k per year - experience to date is that every member of the group is invested, and for a materially higher per/member investment level than "guideline".
