GEOTEC Surveys Ltd are a specialist, non-invasive, Underground Mapping Survey Company and supply the following services: • PAS 128 / Buried Services & Utility Mapping Surveys • GPR Surveys for subsurface features, voids & anomalies • Service Clearance / Utility Mark-Outs • Desktop Utility Studies • Geophysical Surveys • Topographical Surveys We are also accredited to SMAS Worksafe, Acclaim and Constructionline Gold, as well as being a registered supplier on Achilles UVDB / Verify & RSSB RISQS databases. We also hold membership to The Survey Association and Euro GPR as well as holding UKAS accredited ISO9001:2015 Quality System. Our 2-man survey teams utilise a wide range of non-intrusive systems such as ground penetrating radar (GPR), resistivity, electro-magnetic and ground conductivity alongside conventional ones like radio frequency, induction, tracing, cover lifting, threading and so forth, with our survey results produced by one of the attending on-site surveyors, displayed in AutoCAD format, so there is also an element of topographical surveying undertaken to support this. On-site investigation works are carried out in a variety of environments; these include schools, airports, railway trackside, electricity sub stations, public carriageways and footpaths, motorways, pedestrian precincts and open green and brown-field sites.
