Description The nurse practitioners employed through Geriatric Solutions LLC are geriatric nurse practitioners who specialize in treatment of clients who are 65 years and older Geriatric nurse practitioners providing medical services to skilled nursing facility residents, long-term care facility residents, and home-bound residents Geriatric nurse practitioner as the primary care provider for home bound clients We staff certified geriatric nurse practitioners who have the ability to order labs, diagnostic procedures, and other portable medical services from the comfort of the patient's home. Geriatric Solutions LLC is HIPAA compliant and will preserve your medical privacy. Geriatric Solutions LLC works closely with preferred providers in the community to assist with caring for the geriatric clients’ needs. This specifically includes meal preparation and nutrition, medication management and reminders, nursing services, dress\hygiene services, light housekeeping services, companionship services, and dementia/Alzheimer's care. We also work with preferred therapy providers in the community to assist with rehabilitation needs of the client when needed. The geriatric nurse practitioners through Geriatric Solutions LLC also provide medical coverage for the physicians in the office or hospital.
