Gerentes Family olive trading tradition goes back five generations, when our grandfathers from a village near Amfissa – Fokis at central Greece, were among the first to trade olives outside Greece to other countries. Hand picked olives were gathered and packed in bags with salt, starting their trip to reach commercial centers at that time outside Greece.
