GESCI supports the development of the capacity of developing countries to use and integrate ICT in teaching, learning, research, innovation, and training administration for the creation of A Knowledge Society for All. GESCI is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Finland, Sida, Irish Aid and SDC.
