Gestalt Executive is a consultancy and training firm specializing in leadership development and cultural transformation. Our work is rooted in addressing human and relational existential challenges, conditions, and dilemmas – all within the context of organizations and businesses. Effective leadership, organizational development, and cultural transformation are built on presence, awareness, clarity, respect, and ethics. Gestalt psychotherapy is grounded in a holistic understanding of human nature – where body, emotions, and senses are all vital to creating a trusting and meaningful workplace. Through a combination of dialogue and the exploration of interpersonal dynamics, each employee’s awareness of themselves, others, and the relationships they engage in is expanded. This can lead to increased curiosity and enthusiasm for differences, as well as enhanced trust, better handling of diversity, alignment, and results. At Gestalt Executive, we work with this awareness training both in individual sessions and in groups and teams. We also believe that personal development comes from within, meaning you cannot develop others — only inspire them. When we develop new personal competencies, these will influence our surroundings. Personal development → impact on the team → impact on the organization. We work with helping individuals recognize their reactions in different situations — positively, negatively, or neutrally. On an individual level, we focus on creating clarity around beliefs, behaviors, and values, as well as the underlying intentions behind our actions — and reflect on the consequences of those actions. In groups, it becomes clear how we interact with others, and how we can both contribute positively to flow and opportunities, or act in counterproductive and obstructive ways.
