My fitness program is for 55-65 year olds. We are a very overlooked group in the fitness world. We have aches, pains, arthritis, replacement parts and/or what I call, Age Gravity, that keeps us from starting or staying with any exercise – just when we need it the most. I’ve taken my 17 years of Taekwondo and Muay Thai experience (most of those years in my 50’s with bad arthritis and 3 replacement surgeries) and created a program that uses low-impact martial arts for you to get back moving. It’s fun, motivating, and surprisingly personal.
