As your coach, I will help you understand your journey, help you untangle the pieces, and set realistic and acheivable goals. And I will help you understand the physcial and spiritual connection. I am a Certified Christian Life Coach, a Licensed/Ordained Minister, a Board Certified Pastoral Counselor, member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and the Theophoatic Prayer Ministry Association. I am a Certified Blueprint For Life Coach, and trained in PIVA & DISC.”
