GFFR LLC, GET FIT FLY RIGHT is a resource providing athletic coaches with the tools to support athletes with their mental health. Our mission is to change the way mental health is approached in sports. To provide leaders with effective, culturally competent strategies that bring self-awareness to the forefront of mental hygiene. This development of emotional intelligence within coaching cultivates safe space and authentic connection that enhances the sport experience for everyone. TheAthleteProject is the official curriculum of GFFR. Our services include Athletic Yoga, TAPtalks, and 533 Meditation. GFFR provides wellness services through group meditation and yoga instruction for athletes, facilitated conversation, wellness workshops, keynote speeches and mental health awareness training for basketball coaches.
