Get Me Fitter is an independent gym based in Christchurch New Zealand. We specialize in working with busy professionals who are looking for tailored, time-efficient workout solutions. We assess your current fitness levels as well as your primary movement patterns and create fitness programmes to suit. We also provide health & wellness solutions to a wide range of companies - from small group training, corporate bootcamps and app-based workouts delivered straight to your smartphone. At present, the fitness industry is leading away from an individual customer-service based model and heading more towards the class-based "self-service" model. Without assessing and understanding each individuals goal, needs & physical capabilities, this can lead to an increased chance of injury or incorrect training methodology which in turn leads to a lack of results. Our philosophy is to assess, address & customize each individuals training & nutrition plan so that you can maximize their results over the least amount of time. One size does NOT fit all, we all work at different speeds and with varying parameters. We are here to ensure that what we produce is the right fit for you.
