Selecting a restaurant is hard, there is a long queue at the counter during peak hours, the processing of orders is slow and there is a risk of infection in the current situation. It is difficult for the guest to know the price and the offer, queuing takes valuable time out of quality relaxation. The problem can be solved with a service that allows the customer can get to know more about places, drinks and menus online, and place and pay for their order at their own table at the chosen location. We have created a web based application through which customers can check the online menu of a restaurant or pub, can place orders and pay through their mobiles. The order goes directly into the eSystem backend software of the restaurant/pub and as soon as they clear it from the que of the orders the customer receives a notification that the order is ready. The product’s core functions are finished and so it is ready to penetrate the market. It was tested and works without issues. The pubs where we performed the testing provided valueable feedbacks that we have implemented into the product.
