Gezondveluwe
GezondVeluwe werkt samen met inwoners aan gezondheidsvraagstukken die relevant zijn voor de regio. Met als doel dat de inwoners de voordelen ervaren van goede, betaalbare zorg en ondersteuning dichtbij. De initiatiefnemers zijn het ziekenhuis St Jansdal, de Huisartsen Coöperatie Medicamus en de Zorggroep Noordwest-Veluwe. Na een succesvolle start in 2015 werken onder de vlag van GezondVeluwe meerdere partijen zoals zorg- en welzijnsaanbieders, gemeenten, patiënt- en cliëntenorganisaties en zorgverzekeraars duurzaam samen.
