Giovanni Franceschelli Creative Lab was born from an idea of, needless to say, Giovanni Franceschelli, the founder and current leader. Passionate from an early age of games, music, literature, theater and illusionism, he cultivated these arts in a superficial and discouraged way in his youth. But suddenly a winning entrepeneural competition changed all! The project he led was about digitizing board games, starting with one he had personally invented, Major Push. The release of this game was a bit troubled but achieved some success, considering the genre is not immediate. By participating in many events in the sector, he realized that it was necessary to meet the needs of more types of users and therefore he decided to invest in the creation of new games, recruiting young professionals from all over Italy in various artistic and non-artistic sectors, eager to get involved and learn new skills by experimenting, as is done in a laboratory. Initially with a more physical model of work, then transformed by necessity into an entirely remote model. And this transformation has greatly increased the productivity of the various development teams, in addition to the fact that it allowed to broaden the horizons of the project. The Giovanni Franceschelli Creative Lab, abbreviated for reasons of space in GFCreativeLab, aims to go beyond classic games, those that just entertain you, exploring areas such as the personnel management (Business games, team building, resolution of conflicts, personnel selection, etc.), psychology, teaching, education, medicine, and who knows how many other areas that he has not yet touched could be involved!
