GG Capital is a real estate private equity firm. The company was established in 2016 to focus on European real estate opportunities, across all asset classes. The partners have an extensive expertise in private equity real estate investments, having transacted assets in excess of $5bn across all asset classes in Europe. At GG Capital, we seek to utilise our in-depth knowledge in real estate investing to generate attractive returns for our investors in any market conditions, and to have a positive impact on the environment and communities. We invest thematically in high-quality assets, focusing where we see value-creation potential driven by active asset management and asset turnaround. The team has a broad knowledge and experience in creating thematic funds and suitable investment structures for cross-border transactions.
