The Global Green Growth Institute is a treaty-based international, intergovernmental organization committed to promoting growth that simultaneously achieves poverty reduction, social inclusion, environmental sustainability, and economic development. has 43 member countries including operations in 37 countries. In Nepal, the Institute is embedded within the Ministry of Forests and Environment, in Singha Durbar, where it works in partnership with ministries across the federal government and in collaboration with provincial and municipal governments to deliver thematic expertise for green growth policy and projects.
