Matthew Stylianides, the founder of GGMC, is a fully qualified Civil Engineer with over 15 year’s professional experience on a global scale. Matthew’s goal is to develop a construction company of first choice, translating his passion and expertise into the design and build of exceptional spaces for both residential and commercial customers. Including but not limited to: Residential New Builds Extensions Loft Conversions Kitchens and Bathrooms Refurbishments External landscaping, including - patios and driveways Commercial Concrete Frame Construction Steel Frame Construction Commercial Fit Out The core team at GGMC is made up of of planning advisors, architects, engineers, project managers and construction managers. Our in house expertise ensures we can support your project from inception to completion, navigating each phase of the design and build process alongside you. Not only does this help reduce cost by keeping the design, build processes and management as efficient as possible it also allows us to apply the latest engineering solutions to enable optimal utility of the space available. GGMC prides itself on the quality of its team and our work. We therefore only use sub-contractors with a proven record. For us that means we have seen their work and can assess its quality, or we have worked with them previously and the required quality was consistently delivered. All subcontractors work to a master services agreement to ensure clarity as to the standards required.
