GGME has a fully equipped fabrication workshop with a total area of sq. meters, to handle the following works: • Design, Fabrication and Supply of Pressure Vessels and Storage Tanks built as per API 650 Edition 12, Addendum 3, August 2018, with an atmospheric and design pressure of +1757 mmwc and a negative pressure of 25 mmwc. Supply, Fabrication and Installation of: • Fume Treatment Plants including Silos, Bins, Hoppers, Reactors, Filters, Stacks, and Ducts etc. • Holding, Melting, Homogenizing Furnaces, Coolers, Charge Racks • Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel piping works and pipe spools, high pressure hydraulic pipe work, gas pipework including jacketed piping and heating coils • Steel Structures, Pipe Racks, Crossover, Platforms, Pipe Supports, Pipe Saddle Supports, Stairways, Cat Ladders etc. • Supply and Fabrication of any other Carbon Steel, SS 316L, SS304, SS321 plate work and structures. • Installation of equipment and machineries. We also have a separate division for Architectural Stainless Steel and Aluminum fabrication and installation works that includes machining and polishing. We have our own state-of-the-art fabrication and construction equipment, including Trumpf Fiber Laser Machine, Punching Machine, and Press brake Machine. Our in-house resources include well-experienced professional designers and engineers, and are supported by well-experienced supervisors, technicians, and semi-skilled workmen.
