The Ghofliran manufacturing company is one of the production units in the country, which was established in 1979 in the land of square meters and more than square meters of production halls in the industrial city of Rasht. The company began its activity in the field of automobile chains in the 70’s with regard to the market analysis and the prospects of the automotive industry in Iran with regard to available facilities and resources. Currently, the company continues with 100 customers and self-sufficiency in the production of automotive parts, jobs, and finally satisfying customers. In this regard, during the past years, the company has been at the forefront of Iranian engineers and connectors by combining science and technology with all kinds of machines such as the most advanced CNC machines, hydraulic presses, impact presses, casting furnaces, die casting machines, machine tools and machine tools. Equipped with molding equipment:Acquired Certificates: In 2005, we obtained the ISO / TS 16949: 2002 & ISO9001: certificate from DQS Germany In 2014, it obtained the ISO / TS 16949: 2009 & ISO 9001: 2008 certification from URS UK, which confirms the company’s quality management system process and achieves its objectives within the framework of the company’s legal and regulatory framework. The company’s product line consists of six major components Casting (dyke): from 160 tons to 420 tons, pressing (all types of hydraulic and pneumatic presses such as impact presses with the capacity of 8 tons to 160 tons and hydraulic presses with the capacity of 160 tons to 450 tons, machining, paints (powder and Liquid Welding) and the production capacity of the assembled units in the month, which contributes to the close cooperation between the company and SAPCO Iran Khodro, and the most advanced equipment and technology is the convenience of cooperation with all automobile companies.
