Giada S.p.A, founded in Adria in Veneto in 1987, produces and distributes some of the most important brands in the fashion panorama. The Veneto company employs a highly skilled workforce made up of more than employees, either directly or working for ancillary companies. With its know-how in the production of luxury denim, Giada has had partnerships over the years with some of the most prestigious fashion companies, such as: Yves Saint Laurent, Max Mara, Calvin Klein, Guess, Marlboro Classic (now MCS), Les Copains, Blues Club (MaxMara/Maramotti group), Avirex, Best Company, Uniform, Iceberg and Otto Kern. Giada is a licensee of Jacob Cohen, Karl Lagerfeld Denim and Vilebrequin Denim brands and, at Pitti Uomo 2018, launched the luxury menswear brand Hand Picked. Giada has evolved and acquired value thanks to the vision of the entrepreneur Franco Catania, who is also Chairman of the Board of Directors. Previously founder of the Bronte textile district, during his more than 30-year professional history that began onthe slopes of Mount Etna, Franco Catania has made the excellence of high-end denim and Made in Italy manufacturing known to the world.
