Gialos Fish Restaurant

Located in small nautical club in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki Gialos was first operated in summer 2004, aiming to reach the highest quality level of food services. Gialos has capacity of 95 tables in three sections and the ability to serve almost 400 customers in a shift a la carte. This ability is generated by the highly organized kitchen and the 25 employees who are working currently at the restaurant. The management is delivered by a restaurant manager, a chef and the two owners. From the beginning the company’s goal was to deliver quality services & products as well as hospitality to its guests and eventual to became one of the finest restaurants in the area. The competitive advantages are the great location by the sea, the high quality of food and the variety of fresh fish that the restaurant offers. Company’s members are constantly in servicing improvements in service and application of innovative practices always maintaining the quality in any level.
