GIAMMAR è specializzata in consulenze informatiche. La consulenza viene svolta in tre fasi. Inizialmente GIAMMAR e il cliente scelgono un insieme di obiettivi da perseguire. Successivamente un consulente GIAMMAR affianca il cliente nelle attività quotidiane del CED per raggiungere gli obiettivi preposti e, nello stesso tempo, formare il personale, contenere i costi riutilizzando le risorse già esistenti e valutare i fornitori. Una volta raggiunti gli obiettivi (compresa la piena autonomia del cliente in seguito allo skill transfer) il cliente può acquistare un pacchetto di supporto annuale.
