GIFT City has dedicated Multi Services Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for international operations of various services sectors players. Also within, GIFT Multi Services SEZ, GIFT houses India's first International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) approved by Government of India. An integrated development on 886 acres of land with 62 mn sq ft of built-up-area, which includes office space, residential, school, hospital, hotels, club, retail and various recreational/entertainment facilities, this makes GIFT a truly walk-to-work City. GIFT is a vertical city and will optimize the land area consumption for the development.
