Gignac Homes is a customer driven residential design firm located in Grand Rapids, MI. and comprised of a family of experienced and creative professionals. Our primary focus is on building and nurturing long lasting relationships with our clients. All of our designs are driven completely by 3D modeling software which allows us to virtually build the home before construction ever begins. Unlike common design practices, this innovative approach to residential design allows the home owner to virtually place themselves in their house during the design phase and decide exactly how their new home will look inside and out.
