Gii Capital provides debt finance to established mid-large corporate enterprises and governmental bodies, both as a primary lender and as a participant in the secondary debt market. We are a cash flow lender, rather than an asset backed lender, comfortable with a wide variety of financing structures, including: complex debt securitisations; off-balance sheet programmes; and, facilities secured by receivables. Gii Capital primarily provides Euro denominated finance to parties domiciled in Western Europe, but is willing to consider providing finance in any OECD country and in any major currency, based on the merits of the borrower and the sector in which it operates. We take a long-term view in developing our business, and seek to build lasting relationships with both our borrowers and our counter-parties in the debt finance market.
