The Glover Insurance Agency was established in 1981 by Bernard (Bernie) Glover in North Minneapolis after being in the insurance business since 1966. The Minneapolis office is a multi line insurance broker agency, providing a wide range of insurance solutions to individuals and businesses in Minnesota with products ranging from life insurance to personal and commercial P&C lines. In 2017, Mr. Glover's granddaughter, Tashinda Glover Richardson, began the expansion of the business to the west coast by opening an insurance agency in the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area. The West Coast practice is under the name Glover Independent Insurance Agency West or GIIA West we stand out from our competition because we provide commercial insurance products and superior Risk Management solutions and consulting all "under one roof" for our corporate and non-profit clients. At GIIA West we are a 'one stop shop' providing Risk Management solutions tailor made for each client's specific industry and business needs, to include: Employee Relations/EEO Investigations as well as Employee Relations Consulting and Training for Company Leadership and HR Professionals.
