After many years of experience in business management in Asia and intercultural management in Tokyo, Japan, I have decided to create a place for sustainable linguistic and intercultural exchange where strengths are recognized and promoted directly at a high level. As a German, I know all of Germany’s potential and opportunities very well, and this, combined with my extensive professional experience in Asia, was the prerequisite for founding the institute.
