TRADE CONTRACTORS means: contractors that specialize in a specific trade, such as electrician, HVAC, painting, roofing, etc. FOOD SERVICE means: restaurants, caterers, coffee shops, and coffee roasters as well as some of food manufacturers and produce wholesalers.
