Wine and Beverage Director Geoffrey Fallon was awarded Best Sommelier 2008 in Boston Magazine, as well as winning the Wine Spectator Award for Excellence 2002-2009. Fallon’s philosophy about wine and cocktails is that they should represent the restaurant, pairing with the food and including a wide variety of styles and flavor, just like the menu. The breathtaking space boasts 4,800 square feet and blends functional aspects of a dining space with warm woods and re-laminated bamboo that accentuates the graceful lines infusing the space.
