Giooby

Giooby is an interactive public service digital platform designed to help cities become true Smart Cities. Cities have responsibilities to their citizens. One major responsibility is taking care of public services like garbage pick-up, pruning, water disruptions, trees fallen, etc, etc. Giooby streamlines the handling of these issues, while engaging citizens that live within the city. Giooby engages city citizens to participate in their city’s public service processes, allowing the public to report issues and to be notified of reports updates in real-time. The entire process is controlled completely by the city’s management team. This smart city platform engages citizens, making them feel heard, engaged, proactive, rewarded for their contribution, and ultimately responsible for the success of the care and maintenance of their city. City management receive real-time updates and visibility over the services that have been reported and need attention. The portal provides full control over reported issues and a streamlined process to handle each case in a timely manner. City management can now optimize the routing of their workforce, in real-time, redirect city workers where they are needed, while providing them with the necessary support. Giooby provides city management with geo-tracking to quickly identify which workers are performing and where there is room for improvement.
