Girls Spark

Girls Spark is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded by and for teen girls in 2019 with a bold mission: to empower middle and high school girls to thrive—mentally, socially, emotionally, and economically—in today’s complex world. We create safe, supportive, and empowering spaces where girls are seen, heard, and valued. Through education, connection, and leadership development, Girls Spark equips girls with the tools they need to build confidence, advocate for themselves and others, navigate challenges, and become courageous leaders in their schools and communities. Girls Spark is the only nonprofit in our region solely dedicated to improving the overall well-being of middle and high school girls through intentional, age-appropriate programming that addresses real-world issues such as mental health, self-worth, social pressures, decision-making, leadership, and resilience. Our programs are designed to meet girls where they are—and grow with them.
