Girnghuber GmbH, better known as GIMA, continues a long tradition in the production of clay materials. When asked for a snappy short description of the company, Claus Girnghuber expressed himself very concisely: “What makes us different is the breadth of the range. We are the only manufacturer that makes almost all ceramic building materials. In numerous projects like the extension of the Tate Modern in London, the Musée Unterlinden in Colmar or the restoration of the cathedral in Munich GIMA convinces with a huge desire for innovation and a high degree in individualization. Besides a huge asortment of standard colours and forms we produce special project related colours and tiles.
