Giselxflorez
Artist in light using photography & cinema to bring focus to this post-digital age. Just shy of 20 years of experience in NY in photographic arts, my work has graced the pages of glossy publications such as VMagazine Future Claw & NYTStyle Magazine. I've created photographic styles for major & micro brands like ESPN, Revlon, L'Oreal, Autodromo, Chilewich, BAGGU, BarneysNY & Arielle DePinto. Currently finalizing a personal project called Moonlanguage “Verses of a Visual Universe” A non-literal alphabet of asemic lunar verses captured in-camera. Previous collection “TransmissionsofLight” is a form of generative capture (in the physical sense) photographic based artworks sourced from the light & energy in Times Square NYC. I've showcased my art internationally, physically & virtually; and spoken at conferences sharing insights at merge of art & web3. From product shoots to editorial spreads I capture the essence of brands by delivering visual emotion. I can go beyond static images, weaving narrative through movement & light. Whether macro or micro, brands come alive with our animated GIF sequences or slow motion clips.
