Gismo Nyc

Since 1990, the mission of GISMO has been to serve as a community for geospatial and GIS professionals, educators, students and other interested parties in the New York City and surrounding region for networking, advocacy, education and growth. GISMO is user-oriented and run on a completely volunteer basis by our members who come from many NYC agencies, universities, and public and private organizations. In addition, GISMO provides significant networking and professional development opportunities to its members. GISMO is now affiliated with the NYS GIS Association – please show your support by joining as a *dual* member ($20/year professional) by filling out the membership application at GISMO has extended it’s membership to students for free.
