Hello! My name is Denis and I have been working in HR since 2017. After closing my first business, I was looking for new ways to implement my skills. It was important for me to apply my existing experience and realize my interest in specific processes inside a business. I identified several points of intersection for myself: the search for information, the discovery of a person's professional ambitions, and helping business. Combining this into one form, I got a portrait of an HR manager, which I'm trying to be to this day. I was lucky enough to get an internship with my mentor and current head of the IT Hub at Kelly Services, who taught me the basics of recruiting and launched my career. Since then, I have immersed myself in IT recruitment. For some time, I was distracted by the launch of another business project in the field of education, but at the same time worked as an HR manager in various roles and product Companies, from start-ups to corporations. It's time to take the next step using my accumulated experience. The best ideas are the solution to your own problem.
