The bakery makes old world breads, many based on a sourdough starter, that take 3 days to be for sale on the shelf. We also have a broad offering of croissants, breakfast pastries, desert pastries, cakes, and cookies … all made at our main location in Rochester. We are also proud partners of many restaurants and country clubs in metro Detroit. We have the most talented bread and pastry teams, supported by our highly qualified counter staff that takes care of our retail customers’ needs. The bakery is currently open Tuesday through Saturday, closed on Sunday and Monday.
