Project design and management: Through my consultancy work I share my knowledge and experience to assist organisations to improve their practice of project management. We can work together to design your project including setting aims, SMART objectives, implementation plans, detailed budgets; if applicable apply for EU grants; set up management systems including online management solutions. The aim is to assist you to deliver your project on-time, on-budget and to achieve the planned results. Marketing: To grow your business, you need a marketing strategy and plan. The right strategy and plan identifies everything from who your target customers are to how you will reach them, and how you will retain your customers. Market research and analysis is critical to understanding your customers, value propositions, positioning and for gaining insights in B2B and B2C markets. We will start with research to arm yourself with the ability to make strategic decisions on markets, products, pricing, user-experience design and creative approaches to branding. Tapping EU Funds: When a call for proposals is launched, there are usually only a couple of months allowed in which to design and budget the project and to write the funding application. Therefore my advice is to kick-start the process of designing the project much earlier. During the first meeting, which will be free of charge I will help you to analyse your project idea/s in order to see whether the project is actually eligible for funding and if so, under which programme it is best to apply. Bidding for Local and International Tenders:The first step will be to help you and your organisation to analyse the call for tenders and help you to decide if you are well placed to bid or not.
