GKG Architects is known for its innovative work in architecture, historic preservation and master planning for educational, cultural, civic and private clients. Our firm is characterized by the direct involvement in all aspects of the work for the project’s complete success. We collaborate with small groups of colleagues on each project, as well as outside consultants for engineering and specialized disciplines. Having built over a million sq feet of ground up buildings in and around NYC area for K-12 and higher education clients, we have experience with capital facilities plans and interior and exterior design of new and renovated buildings with multiple classrooms, science and instructional labs, meeting rooms, auditoria, theatres, physical education spaces, libraries, faculty and student lounges, and office spaces.
